Simple Steps to Place Your Order for a New Gown:

1.  Get a quote on your favorite gown.  (See below for more info on how we work.)
2. 
Contact us when you're ready to order--Let us know which gown and color and we'll take it from there.  We'll get you started on your order and provide you with current size charts and measurement instructions for your manufacturer.
3.  Once your order information is confirmed, you can finalize your order in person in our San Diego office, via fax or via e-mail--whichever is most convenient for you.

It's just that easy, and we're here every step of the way to help.  From sizing questions to style dilemmas, don't hesitate to ask. 

We're Not Just an "Internet-Based" Discounter!

We realize there are a lot of "discount" wedding websites out there competing for your business, and we can't tell you the number of times a bride has told us that a price that sounded too good to be true, really was.  From dresses that arrived after the wedding, to knock-off's delivered instead of originals, we've heard it all. 

That's where we're different.  We have an office in San Diego and offer appointments for our local clients.  Our customer service is top notch, whether you are a local or national client--we're here for you.  RSVP is up front and honest about your purchase, from sizing, availability and lead time--you can trust us to give you accurate and realistic information regarding your order.  We also won't take an order we don't feel is possible and risk your gown not coming in time. 

Some things to consider when purchasing your gown . . .

Can they refer you to competent alterations persons in your area?
- What if there is a problem with your dress?  Who do you contact?  What will they do?
- Can you take your dress in and try it on with a local rep after you've received it? 
- Do they have a choice of crinolines for you to try with your dress?  How about veils & tiaras?
- What if your dress is late? Will they contact you to let you know? How will they remedy the situation?

How We Work

If you are considering a new gown that will be ordered direct from the manufacturer, remember we are a buying service, not a shopping service.  Once you make a decision on your dress or dresses, we are here to work with you.  Provide us with the manufacturer's name, style number and color name... or as much information as you have about the dress.  We do need the manufacturer name at the very least to help identify the dress for you.  We will verify the style, give you our price, order it on your behalf and have it shipped directly to you, any place you designate, or you can come in and pick your gown up in our San Diego office.   We also help you choose the correct size for your gown by providing you with the manufacturer's size chart & instructions on how to measure (or get measured) and choose your size.  If you are local, you may also opt to come in and be professionally measured by us and order your gown in person.

What about alterations?  We have a list of qualified alterations persons that we are happy to refer you to.  As an added bonus, you may find their prices are lower than those of the bridal salons, and their service quality higher. Most alterations persons will want to see you for the first time anywhere from 4-8 weeks before your wedding.  Be sure to schedule an appointment in advance.
