your purchase, we can help you to be sure that the item you are purchasing
is the right one for you. However, because we work as a discount buying service, and strive to provide the
lowest prices available for our customers, in most cases our items are
final sales only. In many cases a gown is a custom made item, and
manufacturers will not accept returns, although manufacturer warranties will
apply. In some cases, items may be exchangeable for other
merchandise, however this is not always the case. Be
sure to see our

for more information for the item you are purchasing, and contact us before you place your order if
you have other questions. Also, be sure to note that our Resale Gowns
have a different return policy than our other items, so please
review that policy separately.

Customer Service Policy and Procedures:
We want to you to be happy with your purchase through us. Please review our policies
and shipping information so you know what to expect from us with regard to
your purchase. In most cases, in order to provide such exceptional discounts on our
merchandise, sales are Special Orders and therefore final sales and not
returnable or exchangeable--be sure to see the return policy on the page
of the item you are purchasing for more specific information for that
product. Please choose carefully, and be sure to ask all questions before placing
your order. If you have a problem, please let us know--we always do our best to accommodate you if a return or exchange
is necessary. Exchangeable Items: Some, but
not all, items may be exchangeable with a 20%
restocking fee plus shipping charges incurred. This does not include
custom ordered gowns. Please check with us
before ordering if you are concerned as to whether or not your item may be
exchanged. Requests for exchanges must be reported
within three (3) days of receipt. You must contact us for a
return authorization before you return your item to us. Returned
items without a return authorization number may be returned to you at your
expense. An exchange will then be
authorized and new product issued either (a) upon return receipt of the
original item; or (b) new item may be purchased & paid for, and
shipped immediately and original item will be refunded upon return
receipt. All returned merchandise is subject to
inspection and must be in like-new condition, in original packaging.
Returned goods are exchangeable only,
no cash refunds. Refund of original purchase will occur upon
return receipt of item. After seven (7) days no
exchanges will be accepted. Damaged Items: All damaged items,
whether by manufacturer defect or shipping damage, must be reported
within three (3) days of receipt. A return will then be authorized
and replacement product issued. Refund of original purchase will
occur upon return receipt of damaged item. All returns must be reported and
authorized within seven (7) days of receipt. After seven (7) days no
returns will be accepted.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders, such as personalized and/or engraved items, veils, headpieces
and/or custom dyed shoes are not returnable or exchangeable, except for shipping damage
and/or manufacturer defect.
Clearance
& Sale Items: Clearance and sale items are final sales and are not
exchangeable or returnable. Availability is not guaranteed and
you will be contacted if the item you purchased is no longer available.
In some cases items may have minor flaws or irregularities and may be
available in limited quantities and/or sizes. Please see item
descriptions for more details.
Engraving &
Personalization Policies:
If an item is able to
be personalized, there will be an item on the option
list. If the personalization option is not listed, it is not
available. If font choices are not listed, font will
be as shown in the sample.

Be sure to
double check all spellings before submitting your order.
Your item will be personalized exactly
as you enter information on the form. DO NOT type in all
caps or include quotes, dashes or commas -- unless you
wish your personalization to appear this way.

We suggest you order
like items at the same time. We cannot
guarantee that engraving will be identical on separate
orders, due to possible slight changes in font size,
depth, and positioning.

Please note that colors
may vary slightly due to variations in computer
printers and monitors.

Personalized
items are not exchangeable or returnable and are final
sales only. Items with damage or mistakes will be
replaced with a corrected, identical item only.
Engraved
Items (i.e. Barware, Gifts, Glassware, Flasks, etc,): Many
gifts may be personalized with Names,
Initials, Dates etc. Gifts are pictured with the font
available for engraving. Most gifts can accommodate multiple
lines of engraving. If a Monogram is desired, please specify
"Monogram" in the personalization line (i.e.
"monogram - EJG"). The initials for a Monogram
should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial.
Engraving charges are included unless otherwise stated.
